Terms

These terms apply to every Thumbstop order. A separate statement of work may add detail.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Test packs are paid upfront. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Ownership

You own the final assets once paid. We may show work in our showreel only with your written permission.

Compliance

We check scripts and frames against the CAP Code and platform policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of product claims you give us and for how ads are run.

AI content

Assets use AI-generated presenters, voices and footage, as described in our AI disclosure.
